Pet Policy for Bears Den and Lazy Bear Lodge

PET Policy

Your pet is welcome in this house, but there are common courtesy rules to follow.

· No pets on furniture, bedding or linens.

· Have your pet treated with flea medication.

· Observe leash rules

· Yard cleanup

· Furnish your pets bedding, do not use linens in house

· If pet is left inside house alone, please keep pet inside a crate or kennel

Guests will be responsible for all loss or damage including repairs, cleanings and replacement of inventory. If conventional cleaning methods prove ineffective for removing dog hair the inventory item will be replaced at the guest expense.

If flea removal is necessary, guest will be responsible for pest control services bill.

This is in addition to your rental fees or any non-refundable pet fee paid.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in early termination without refund of rent or security deposit

Things like our home theater equipment, our flatware, pots and pans and our spas make the difference. Not all hot tubs are created equally. Relax in a Hot Spring spa and it is easy to feel the difference compared to other ordinary hot tubs. You will find our rates are competitive and our packages will save you money. One Fee Simplified Rates

About our rates - In previous years we used a management company who had a lot of extra fees that our guest, you, paid. Our rates appeared to be low compared to others in the area, but when the fees were added in, the rates became very similar to most others in the Smokies. Don't be fooled by a low rate, other fees may be lurking.

Our new manager charges one rate for the week and we have set our rates where the 7th night is truly free. We welcome guests to stay one night or a dozen.
