Bear's Den is located in the eastern end of the Nantahala River Gorge. It is conveniently to many of the natural Smoky Mountain attractions. We have provided approximate times to some of the nearby activities from Bear's Den. Picture on the right is from one of our day kayak trips on Fontana Lake.
